By contacting Helena Rose we will:
- Provide you with information on our Styling Services
- Provide information regarding our products such as availability and alternatives
- Brainstorm ideas with you and work towards your vision
- Create one of a kind pieces catered to your individual taste
We do our best to respond to emails within 3 Working Days (up to 5 working days if order requires a quotation). We really appreciate your understanding; we are only a small studio and spend most of our time making your orders. Your patience is kindly appreciated and we look forward to getting back to you as quickly as we can to assist with creating your special piece.

Consultations are available in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in person. All other consultations can take place over the phone or via skype.
Please provide at least 24hrs notice to cancel or change your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. This will allow Helena Rose to make the appointment time available to others. This also ensures that our studio does not incur the costs associated with no shows or late cancellations.
Helena Rose products can be purchased online or at markets and events. Follow us on social media to receive updates on what markets and events we will be attending during the year.
