At Helena Rose, every arrangement is crafted with intention, artistry, and care. As a minimal-waste florist, all of our fresh floral designs are made to order, ensuring each creation is as unique as the person receiving it.
We take great pride in the quality of our flowers and service. Our mission is simple, to help people feel good and celebrate life’s moments through beautiful, sustainable blooms. Each week, we hand-select only the finest, freshest flowers, purchasing the majority of our blooms and foliage directly from local Queensland growers and suppliers.
Because we are a small, independent florist, every order receives personal attention. No two flowers or floral designs are ever the same. Your order is tailored to your style, your occasion, and your story.
Our fresh floral arrangements are bespoke and made to order, available for pickup or local delivery. Choose from styled bouquets and custom floral pieces such as corsages, boutonnieres, centrepieces, and table runners perfect for weddings, celebrations, and special events.
Care Instructions
Flowers are a beautiful, natural, and perishable product. Their longevity depends on environmental conditions such as temperature, light, and care.
To help your flowers last as long as possible, we include flower food and care instructions with every pickup. To maximise freshness, we recommend:
Cutting stems on a sharp angle every two days
Changing the vase water regularly
Keeping flowers away from direct heat, sunlight, and air conditioning

Bespoke Orders
Please note that due to bespoke and seasonal nature of our designs, your arrangement will differ from the images shown. However, rest assured that every creation will beautifully reflect the size, style and color palette you have selected. If a particular flower is unavailable, we will thoughtfully substitute it with an equally stunning alternative.

Ordering & Pickup Details
As all our arrangements are made to order, we kindly request a minimum of 3 days' notice for your order. Pickup is available from our Alexandra Hills home studio, and you will receive a notification when your bouquet is ready for pickup with final pickup address. For specific pickup days and times please leave details in notes when ordering online or for any urgent requests, please call 0450 514 142 before placing an order.
Delivery (Alex Hills & Surrounding Areas)

Our Quality Promise & Substitution Policy
