At Helena Rose, every arrangement is crafted with intention, artistry, and care. As a minimal-waste florist, all of our fresh floral designs are made to order, ensuring each creation is as unique as the person receiving it.

We take great pride in the quality of our flowers and service. Our mission is simple — to help people feel good and celebrate life’s moments through beautiful, sustainable blooms. Each week, we hand-select only the finest, freshest flowers, purchasing the majority of our blooms and foliage directly from local Queensland growers and suppliers.

Because we are a small, independent florist, every order receives personal attention. No two flowers — or floral designs — are ever the same. Your order is tailored to your style, your occasion, and your story.

Our fresh floral arrangements are bespoke and made to order, available for pickup or local delivery. Choose from styled bouquets and custom floral pieces such as corsages, boutonnieres, centrepieces, and table runners — perfect for weddings, celebrations, and special events.

Ordering & Lead Times

As part of our minimal-waste practice, all fresh florals are made to order. We kindly ask for at least three business days’ notice for all fresh flower orders to allow time to source the best blooms for you.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickups:
Order online at least three business days in advance. You’ll receive a notification once your order is ready, along with the pickup address. Please include your preferred date and time in the order notes.

Delivery (Redlands & surrounding areas only):
Delivery is available by request for an additional fee. Please call to arrange.

0–10 km — $15
10–20 km — $25
20–50 km — $30 – $60

Attention to Detail & Substitution Policy

Because flowers are seasonal and naturally unique, arrangements pictured on our website are intended as a guide and may vary slightly in design, colour, or composition.

If a specific flower, product, or container is unavailable, we’ll communicate with you prior to fulfilment and substitute it with an item of equal or greater value to maintain the overall look and quality of your chosen design.

Our goal is to ensure that every Helena Rose creation reflects the beauty, balance, and freshness our clients expect.

Care Instructions

Flowers are a beautiful, natural, and perishable product. Their longevity depends on environmental conditions such as temperature, light, and care.

To help your flowers last as long as possible, we include flower food and care instructions with every pickup. To maximise freshness, we recommend:
Cutting stems on a sharp angle every two days
Changing the vase water regularly
Keeping flowers away from direct heat, sunlight, and air conditioning
