We can customise a dry floral arrangement to suit your home or special event. For bespoke pieces it is best to contact Helena Rose to discuss the brief before ordering to determine price for the design needed. 

Order Processing Time
All dried floral arrangements are made to order with a focus on minimal waste practices. Please allow two to four weeks for your order to be created. For urgent requests, contact Helena Rose before ordering to check availability.

Care Instructions
Handle with care, as dried flowers are fragile.
Avoid watering or spraying perfume on them.
Display indoors away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Minimize touching to maintain their appearance.

Cleaning Instructions
Use compressed air at a safe distance to remove dust.
Use a hairdryer on the lowest speed with "no heat."
Dust with a feather duster for sturdier arrangements.

Bespoke Orders
Please note that due to bespoke and seasonal nature of our designs, your arrangement will differ from the images shown. However, rest assured that every creation will beautifully reflect the size, style and color palette you have selected. If a particular flower is unavailable, we will thoughtfully substitute it with an equally stunning alternative.

Ordering & Pickup Details
As all our arrangements are made to order, we kindly request a minimum of 3 days' notice for your order. Pickup is available from our Alexandra Hills home studio, and you will receive a notification when your bouquet is ready for pickup with final pickup address. For specific pickup days and times please leave details in notes when ordering online or for any urgent requests, please call 0450 514 142 before placing an order.
