Hosted at your home, workplace, Airbnb, or chosen venue, gather your friends, family, or team and enjoy a creative festive session where Helena will guide you step-by-step to design and craft your own timeless Christmas wreath using dried and preserved flowers, foliage, and seasonal festive elements.

Each wreath is designed to last beautifully for 1–3 years, making it a sustainable Christmas decoration that can be enjoyed season after season. Perfect as a festive home feature, front door decoration, thoughtful handmade gift, or a creative experience to share with loved ones.

This is a calm and enjoyable festive floral experience where you’ll learn professional wreath-making techniques while creating something unique that reflects your own Christmas style.

What You’ll Learn

During your 3- hour mobile workshop, Helena will guide you through how to prepare and work with dried and preserved flowers and foliage, how to construct and build your wreath base, techniques for layering texture using seasonal florals, pinecones, and festive elements, design principles including balance, shape, and natural styling, and how to secure your wreath so it remains beautiful for years to come.

By the end of the session, you’ll have created your own everlasting Christmas dry floral wreath ready to display throughout the festive season and enjoy for years to come.

What’s Included

A curated selection of dried and preserved flowers, seasonal foliage, pinecones, and Christmas decorations is provided, along with a fully equipped floristry kit to use during your workshop.

You’ll receive expert guidance, creative support, and step-by-step instruction from Helena Rose throughout the session.

Your completed everlasting Christmas wreath is yours to take home, and a full mobile setup is brought directly to your chosen location.

Please note - wreath frames, florals, and decorative elements may vary depending on seasonal availability, meaning each workshop creation is unique and individual. The final product created during your session may vary from images provided.

Requirements & Pricing

Pricing is listed per person, with a minimum of 4 participants required for this workshop.

All bookings are private group sessions with no mixed groups.

Maximum group size is 30 participants, with larger groups available by arrangement.

Private one-on-one workshops can be arranged; however, these are priced separately due to dedicated instruction time, preparation, setup, and travel requirements. Please contact Helena Rose directly for all private 1:1 enquiries and pricing details.

Workshop Locations

Helena Rose travels to your chosen location, including private homes, workplaces and offices, hotels and Airbnb accommodations, Christmas parties and celebrations, event venues, community or care settings, and schools.

All workshops are fully mobile and delivered on-site only.

For Brisbane & surrounding areas, no travel fee applies.

Availability is 7 days a week with session times at:

10AM, 2PM, or 6PM

Alternative times are available upon request.

Who Can Attend?

These workshops are open to everyone, with no floral experience required.

Perfect for festive gatherings, Christmas parties, creative celebrations, workplace team experiences, and anyone wanting to create a handmade seasonal decoration.

Children under 7 are welcome when accompanied by a guardian or older sibling, with all attendees required to hold a booking.

These workshops are also NDIS-friendly, and support workers are welcome to attend with a valid booking for all participants.

Booking & Rescheduling Policy

No cancellations are permitted.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the booking date, with credit transferred and valid for 6 months toward any Helena Rose workshop, product, or service.

One reschedule per booking is permitted.
