Join Helena Rose for a beautiful hands-on Fresh Native Christmas Table Runner Workshop, delivered exclusively as a mobile experience. This workshop is hosted in your home, workplace, or chosen venue, where Helena transforms your space into a temporary festive floral studio for your private session.

In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll work with fresh seasonal Australian native florals, festive foliage, and Christmas-inspired elements to design and create a stunning table runner style arrangement, perfect for Christmas lunches, festive gatherings, dining tables, and special celebrations.

This is a relaxed, guided creative experience where you’ll learn how to style, place, and build a flowing native Christmas design using professional floristry techniques.

What You’ll Learn

During your mobile workshop, Helena will guide you through how to prepare and condition fresh native florals and foliage, techniques for building a low, flowing Christmas table runner arrangement, design principles including balance, movement, and natural structure, how to incorporate festive elements while maintaining a natural native style, and tips for recreating beautiful Christmas table styling at home.

By the end of the session, you’ll have created your own fresh native Christmas table runner ready to style and enjoy throughout the festive season.

What’s Included

All fresh seasonal native florals, foliage, and Christmas-inspired decorative elements are provided, along with floristry tools and materials for use during the workshop.

You’ll receive full guided instruction from Helena Rose, your completed fresh native Christmas table runner arrangement to take home, and a full mobile setup brought directly to your home or chosen venue.

Please note: floral varieties and decorative elements may vary depending on seasonal availability, meaning each workshop creation is unique and individual.

Booking Requirements & Pricing

Pricing is listed per person, with this workshop requiring a minimum of 4 participants.

All bookings are private group sessions with no mixed groups.

Maximum group size is 30 participants, with larger groups available by arrangement.

Private 1:1 Sessions

Private one-on-one workshops are also available; however, these are priced differently to standard per-person group rates due to dedicated instruction time, preparation, setup, and travel requirements.

Mobile Workshop Locations

Helena Rose travels to your chosen location, including private homes, workplaces and offices, Christmas parties and celebrations, event venues, community or care settings, and schools.

All workshops are fully mobile and delivered on-site only.

For Brisbane & surrounding areas, no travel fee applies.

Availability is 7 days a week with session times at:

10AM, 2PM, or 6PM

Alternative times are available upon request.

Who Can Attend?

These workshops are open to everyone, with no floral experience required.

Perfect for Christmas gatherings, festive celebrations, workplace team experiences, and anyone wanting to create a beautiful handmade centrepiece for the holiday season.

Children under 7 are welcome when accompanied by a guardian or older sibling, with all attendees required to hold a booking.

These workshops are also NDIS-friendly, and support workers are welcome to attend with a valid booking for all participants.

Booking & Rescheduling Policy

No cancellations are permitted.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the booking date, with credit transferred and valid for 6 months toward any Helena Rose workshop, product, or service.

One reschedule per booking is permitted.
