We do our very best to recreate what is shown in the images that showcase the current colours and key flower varieties that will feature in your arrangement. However, from time to time if a particular flower or colour isn't available, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.

If you choose to buy dried flowers, you are guaranteed to get your money’s worth. Dried flowers and preserved flowers have an extended lifetime, with most arrangements lasting 1 – 3 years if cared forproperly. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Fragile and should be treated with care.

Do not water or spray perfume on flowers as this can cause damage.

Display them indoors and away from direct sunlight.

Keep them out of humid rooms and away from ventilation grilles.

Avoid touching or fluffing them repeatedly as this may cause the flowers to break or shorten their shelf-life.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Spray compressed air (the kind sold to clean electronics) onto the flowers to eliminate dust. The spray comes out fast, so ensure the can is not too close to the flowers.

Use a hairdryer. When using it set it on the lowest speed and “no heat” to avoid damage to the flowers.

Dust your flowers with a feather duster. This method will work best on sturdier arrangements. 

Please note: When designing I always ensure only the freshest and best quality flowers go into my designs. As I am a small independent florist all floral designs are custom-made for you. Due to seasonal and regional availability, each arrangement made will be unique and vary from the images shown. Stem count may also vary.

As I am an independent florist with a focus on minimal waste practices, all orders are made to order. Due to this, I need at least 3 days' notice to arrange your order. For rush orders please call prior to ordering online to discuss what I can arrange for you - 0450 514 142.  

PICKUPS - Order online at least two days prior and you will receive a notification when it is ready for pickup from Alex Hills. Please leave a preferred time and date in the notes when ordering.

Helena Rose takes great pride in the quality of our products and services. We are in the business of helping people to feel good and/or celebrate through our flowers, and it is at the heart of everything we do. Each week the best quality of fresh flowers are hand selected, purchasing the majority of our flowers and foliage directly from local suppliers.

Being a very small florist each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements surrounding your order. Our fresh flower arrangements are bespoke and made to order, available for pickup from our retail store in California Lane, Fortitude Valley.

Sold individually per stem or in styled arrangements, fresh flowers can also be styled into corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and table runners for many different occasions. 

If a particular flower or arrangement that you are interested in is not available online, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss. As flowers are personally handpicked from local suppliers, a special order can be arranged or sourced for you. 

Attention to Detail - What You Have Ordered Due to seasonal availability with certain flowers, arrangements pictured on our website are a guide and may vary slightly in design, colours or appearance to the actual arrangement you receive. If a particular flower, product, or container is unavailable, we will communicate this prior and an item of similar quality and value will be substituted.

Product Substitution We endeavor to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website, however flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and can be subject to availability on the day of order.

Helena Rose will do their best to substitute the product that is unavailable at the time to compliment the image on the website. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of ordering/ pickup. We reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.
