Hosted at your home, workplace, hotel, Airbnb, community space, or chosen venue, Helena transforms your location into a temporary floral studio where you’ll learn how to design and create your own dried floral posy using a curated selection of everlasting and preserved flowers.

During this 3-hour workshop, you’ll discover how to arrange, style, and balance dried florals to create a timeless botanical piece that can be enjoyed for 1–3 years. Perfect for floral lovers, creative spirits, special celebrations, or anyone looking for a relaxing and mindful hands-on experience.

No previous floristry experience is needed — Helena will guide you step-by-step through the process while you create a beautiful handmade floral keepsake to take home.

What You’ll Learn

During your mobile workshop, Helena will guide you through how to select and prepare dried and preserved flowers, techniques for designing and arranging your own everlasting posy, basic wiring and construction techniques, design principles including balance, colour, texture, and natural styling, and how to care for your dried floral arrangement so it continues to look beautiful over time.

By the end of the session, you’ll have created your own handcrafted everlasting dry floral posy ready to display in your home or gift to someone special.

What’s Included

A curated selection of dried and preserved florals and foliage is provided, along with all tools and materials required during the workshop.

You’ll receive step-by-step guidance, creative support, and professional floristry instruction from Helena Rose throughout the session.

Your completed everlasting dry floral posy is yours to take home, and a full mobile workshop setup is brought directly to your chosen location.

Please note: floral varieties, colours, and materials are subject to seasonal availability and will vary from workshop to workshop, making each creation beautifully unique.

Booking Requirements & Pricing

Pricing is listed per person, with a minimum of 4 participants required for this workshop.

All bookings are private group sessions with no mixed groups.

Maximum group size is 30 participants, with larger groups available by arrangement.

Private one-on-one workshops can be arranged; however, these are priced separately due to dedicated instruction time, preparation, setup, and travel requirements.

For smaller or larger groups, or if you have a specific colour palette or creative vision, a longer and more customised experience may be more suitable. Please contact Helena Rose to discuss a bespoke workshop experience, perfect for DIY brides, weddings, and special events.

For Brisbane & surrounding areas, no travel fee applies.

Availability is 7 days a week with session times at:

10AM | 2PM | 6PM

Children under 7 are welcome when accompanied by a guardian or older sibling, with all attendees required to hold a booking.

These workshops are also NDIS-friendly, and support workers are welcome to attend with a valid booking for all participants.

Booking & Rescheduling Policy

No cancellations are permitted.

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the booking date, with credit transferred and valid for 6 months toward any Helena Rose workshop, product, or service.

One reschedule per booking is permitted.
